Program Manager, Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end performance management of AOP OKRs with clear ownership and accountability.
• Maintain operational tempo with proactive follow-ups and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify risks and blockers early; work with teams to mitigate and escalate when needed.
• Lead departmental planning cycles and annual adjustments to keep goals ambitious yet realistic.
• Refine and document the AOP Playbook to improve efficiency per cycle.
• Prepare high-quality QBR materials with data-driven narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
