Head of Operations, Platform Product - Payward Services

📋 Description

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products (KYC/KYB, lending, APIs).
• Gate go-lives against regulatory/operational requirements and scale
• Run day-to-day ops across US regulated entities, licensing, risk, audits, and reporting
• Lead licensing workstreams—state money transmitter, NMLS, lending licenses
• Serve as ops counterpart to regulators and examiners
• Represent ops in board/executive discussions and drive a high-leverage model

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in strategy consulting and operations execution
• Experience in scaling fintech/bank/crypto with cross-functional programs
• Experience with B2B/B2B2C platforms and APIs
• Comfort working with Product and Engineering on mechanics, not just management
• Familiarity with US regulated finance, supervision/examination
• Experience with KYC/KYB onboarding programs
