• Develop targeted search strategies for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Own full-cycle recruiting from outreach to offer and close
• Partner with engineering managers to define profiles and adapt search strategy to market
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach to offer
• Share market insights on engineering talent and compensation in hiring discussions

• Proven ability to source and convert passive candidates yourself
• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering/technical roles
• Strong technical acumen to assess engineering candidates for fit
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights
• Highly organized and data-oriented, using metrics to drive decisions
• Practical experience using AI tools to sharpen search strategy
