📋 Description
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans for SIMBA team
- Test core user flows and edge cases across browsers/devices
- Reproduce and document defects with steps and evidence
- Maintain QA docs, regression suites, and release validation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to triage issues by impact
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to embed QA throughout development
🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in manual QA testing for web apps
- Solid QA fundamentals: test planning, case design, regression, exploratory testing, bug reporting
- Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong troubleshooting and clear issue communication
- Excellent written communication for defect/test results
