Sr Proposal Manager (R5816)

📋 Description

• Support US federal and international government and commercial proposals and related BD Ops
• Lead ASME proposal efforts, align stakeholders, and communicate customer/market insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, on-time bids, RFIs, ROMs, and white papers.
• Manage end-to-end proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP planning through submission and closeout.
• Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Mentor contributors and support customer engagements and GTM events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of US Federal or international government proposal development or BD operations
• Alternative: 3+ years working with US Federal or International government requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with proposal methodologies (e.g., Shipley), compliance matrices, and project management
• Proven leadership, strong oral/written communication, and ability to work with stakeholders at all
• Preferred: experience with Foreign Military Sale/Direct Commercial Sale bids; strong technical
