📋 Description

• Lead a team of 10–15 Clinical Project Managers
• Set KPIs for milestones, budget, quality, client satisfaction
• Drive SOPs, governance, and continuous improvement
• Oversee resource planning and capacity management
• Manage portfolio reporting and executive communications
• Collaborate across clinical, regulatory, data, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life/health sciences; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years clinical project management in CRO/biotech
• ≥5 years people management; proven leadership ability
• Experience with full-service trials and PATS/Real-world evidence
• Know-how in regulatory readiness (FDA/EMA/ICH/GCP)
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
