• Assist the GM in coordinating and taking ownership of team tasks
• Oversee daily operations: cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations
• Mentor and develop new managers by setting examples
• Adhere to policies and encourage crew to follow them
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, appearance, and store image
• Deliver great customer service and effective service recovery

• Ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen
