Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own program-level planning across multiple concurrent migration workstreams
• Run RAID and dependency management, surfacing risks and blockers before they become problems
• Track milestones and delivery health across workstreams and report status up through portfolio
• Align technical teams, business stakeholders, and cloud vendors around a shared plan and shared
• Challenge estimates and timelines by understanding the technical tradeoffs behind them
• Translate between engineering teams and business stakeholders so decisions get made with the right

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience running large, multi-workstream technical programs, ideally cloud migrations
• Strong RAID, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking
• Experience reporting into formal portfolio or program governance
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP, with cost and egress tradeoffs
• Familiarity with data-residency and compliance in regulated industries
• Comfort managing multiple stakeholder groups (vendors, engineers, business owners)
