AI Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Senior role blending learning strategy, instructional design, UX/UI, and hands-on AI prototyping.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate challenges into engaging learning solutions.
• Build wireframes and functional prototypes in real time during client sessions.
• Design experiences across digital, virtual, live, and blended modalities, incl. AI-enabled learning.
• Manage AI-related risks (privacy, bias, accessibility, reliability, compliance).
• Contribute to pitches, sprints, exec presentations, and iterative solution development.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years total experience, 5+ in training/learning design or related field.
• Strong foundation in learning science, strategy, needs analysis, adult learning.
• Hands-on UX/UI: building, research, wireframes, usability testing, experience design.
• Current practical experience with AI prototyping and generative AI.
• Ability to facilitate client conversations with senior stakeholders and prototype concepts.
• Hands-on building focus over pure specifications or management.

🎁 Benefits
