- Own product features end to end from problem to launch
- Lead major surfaces across product lines with architectural decisions
- Build performant, spreadsheet-grade UIs for large financial datasets
- Design scalable data models and APIs for various product experiences
- Develop systems for streaming results and long-running processes
- Shape AI-native capabilities with orchestration, retrieval, and workflows
🎯 Requirements
- Senior or Staff+ engineer with complex B2B product shipping experience
- Strong full-stack capabilities from UI to backend services
- Experience in performance, usability, reliability, and detail
- Designing data models, APIs, and backends for large datasets
- Ability to work with customers to translate needs into solutions
- Experience with AI-native product development (orchestration, tool calls) is valuable
