• Own product features end to end from customer problems through design, implementation, launch, and

• Develop systems with streaming results and long-running processes while staying responsive.
• Build AI-native capabilities, including orchestration and tool workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior or Staff+ software engineer building complex B2B products.
• Strong full-stack capabilities from UI to backend and data stores.
• Experience designing data models, APIs, and backends for large datasets.
• Customer-facing mindset to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with AI-native product development (orchestration, retrieval, tool calls) is highly
• Strong engineering fundamentals and maintainable code.
