Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global procurement strategy across PSD locations
• Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes
• Negotiate commercial agreements and supplier partnerships
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance via KPIs and SLAs
• Oversee procurement contracts with Legal and stakeholders
• Oversee warehouse and logistics for inventory accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in procurement/supply chain with 3+ in leadership
• Degree in Procurement, SCM, Business Admin, Finance, Law, Eng
• CIPS/CPSM or equivalent advantageous
• Proven multinational procurement strategy experience
• Strong supplier management, tendering, and negotiation
• Budgeting, cost optimization, financial analysis
