Affiliate Marketing Associate

📋 Description

• Source and onboard new affiliate partners using tools like SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher
• Manage day-to-day partner communication and onboarding
• Monitor partner performance, build ad-hoc reporting, flag anomalies
• Recommend and help implement optimizations to grow affiliate Free Trial Starts
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in affiliate, partner, influencer, or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience in an affiliate platform — Impact preferred; CJ or ShareASale relevant
• Comfort with basic data analysis: ad-hoc dashboards, spotting anomalies
• Strong verbal and written communication
• A curious, resourceful, bias-for-action mindset; comfortable with ambiguity
