Director, Project Management - EDS

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Clinical Project Managers
• Set performance expectations with KPIs on milestones, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning across portfolios
• Maintain portfolio reporting, baselines, and financial forecasts
• Partner with QA for CAPA, audits, and SOP improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in life/health sciences; MS/PhD/MBA preferred
• 10+ years clinical project management in CRO/pharma/biotech
• 5+ years of direct people management
• Experience with full-service trials, post-authorisation studies, or real-world programs
• Track record of revenue/margin accountability and change-order execution
• Deep knowledge of project management methods, risk and contingency planning
