CRM Lead

📋 Description

• Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and
• Architect and develop D365 CE configurations, customizations, and enterprise apps.
• Define roadmaps and delivery plans; ensure alignment with standards and requirements.
• Mentor and manage a team of CRM and full-stack developers; promote strong engineering practices.
• Oversee CRM, portal, web apps, and customer-service capabilities within enterprise initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on CE, Power Platform, AI, ML, and emerging CX tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CE app solutions as lead dev or architect.
• 10+ years CRM dev with .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, SSRS.
• 5+ years as FastTrack Solution Architect for Business Apps; Power Platform certs preferred.
• 2+ years using Azure AI services and ML to develop D365 CE apps.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled customer-service solutions (AI chatbots, Copilot, Azure AI).
• Hands-on with Dynamics Contact Center and omnichannel integration.
