Manager, Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for US and Canada in a hybrid role
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive financial integrity via cross-functional partnership
• Oversee bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing; primary approver for payroll review and
• Manage year-end activities (W2/T4) and payroll close processes
• Support internal/external audits and maintain payroll controls and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including US payroll oversight
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, Local, and Provincial payroll regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Dayforce and Workday is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and how to leverage them in payroll domain is
