• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipments, receiving, stockroom, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards and assist guests on the sales floor
• Collaborate with store team to drive operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales/operational environment
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to move dynamically around store and back of house
• Detail-oriented with inventory and merchandising focus
• Team player with initiative to complete tasks when needed
