📋 Description
- Support continuous improvement projects within the operations team.
- Lead LEAN initiatives, define and manage high‑value projects.
- Assist audits, SOP adherence, and client requirement alignment.
- Act as on-site operations support and client meeting lead.
- Report to Global Audit Operations Manager; support multiple audit teams.
- Travel as needed, including visa-free countries in Asia.
🎯 Requirements
- Engineering/Quality/SCM student or equivalent.
- English proficiency; second language is a plus.
- Lean mindset with strong process improvement focus.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel and hands‑on fieldwork.
