📋 Description

• Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department.
• Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
• Adhere to AbbVie’s code of conduct.
• Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards.
• Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
• Capable of training others on tasks and proficient in multiple skilled maintenance functions.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
• Proficient in setup, use, repair and replacement of I/O or BAS controlled systems including
• Working knowledge of HVAC/R VALIDATION / COMMISSIONING PROCESS.
