Senior Technical Lead (.NET)

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional scrum team accountable end-to-end for product services and feature areas
• Write and review production C#/.NET Core code, setting coding standards
• Work within client architecture and engineering standards, influencing through plans and evidence
• Produce technical analyses and implementation plans for significant changes
• Design Temporal workflow implementations and manage event-driven integration
• Own sprint delivery, ensure small, reviewable merge requests and robust CI/CD feedback

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, mainly in C#/.NET in production
• Deep expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core with end-to-end ownership
• Expert-level Entity Framework Core including migrations and performance tuning
• Strong asynchronous/concurrent programming knowledge in .NET
• At least 2 years leading engineering teams with mentoring responsibilities
• Experience delivering within an existing architecture and reading unfamiliar codebases quickly
