Legal Partnerships / BD Manager

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with law firms, investment banks, and other partnerships globally.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage
• Drive partnerships that distribute Carta Law services with law firms and professional services

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in partnerships or account management
• Experience building partnership channels via law firms or professional services
• Strong understanding of the private markets ecosystem (PE, VC, credit, real assets)
• Experience managing senior relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder organisations
• Commercial mindset with ability to structure and close deals
• Excellent communicator; comfortable presenting to General Counsels and C-suite
