🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software development or 8+ with Master's, 6+ with PhD or equivalent
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and algorithms
• Proficiency in Java and JVM internals, GC tuning, profiling
• Experience with relational DBs (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Streaming & Messaging: Kafka, Kafka Connect, Kafka ecosystems
• Data Lakes and ingestion pipelines design
