• Lead Talent Acquisition for Japan, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for corporate, office-based
• Translate workforce plans into practical hiring plans in collaboration with leadership and HR.
• Build and improve recruitment for Japan, including sourcing channels and candidate conversion.
• Balance speed and quality to uphold Blue Bottle standards for hospitality and culture.
• Coach and develop recruiters, acting as a talent advisor to hiring managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in talent acquisition, 3+ years in consumer industry.
• Experience recruiting across corporate and high-volume frontline/retail roles; in-house preferred.
• Hands-on sourcing and recruiting capability; comfortable running searches end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of the Japan talent market, channels, and candidate expectations.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and frontline teams; strong judgment on speed vs. quality.
• Adaptable in fast-moving environments with evolving processes.
