📋 Description

• Lead Chamber’s central analytics function as a hands-on leader.
• Own metric definitions, semantic layer, and standard reporting packages.
• Build governed data infrastructure for cross-functional use.
• Deliver board-level and payer reporting with SLAs.
• Develop clinical analytics surface for quality, utilization, and risk.
• Collaborate with finance, clinical, and operations to scale insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in healthcare analytics with ownership of analytics/Reporting.
• Experience with value-based care mechanics and quality reporting.
• Ability to maintain consistent metrics across multiple surfaces.
• Proven track record building executive/board reporting.
• Experience delivering payer partner reporting per contracts.
• Startup-friendly, data-driven, able to operate without a large team.
