📋 Description

• Lead concurrent projects across engineering, operations, and manufacturing
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align with goals
• Establish milestones and priorities with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks
• Manage schedules, resources, scope, and costs
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years leading medium/complex projects
• Manufacturing/shop-floor experience
• PMP or equivalent preferred
• Experience with MS Project and Teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
