Controller & Treasury Ops

📋 Description

• Own treasury operations from start to finish, including cash positioning, funding schedules, and
• Execute daily funding transactions for Early Pay Program, moving capital to fund customer invoices
• Partner with Product and Engineering to identify manual payment workflows and drive automation at
• Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, facility ledgers, and internal systems; ensure
• Maintain records related to EPP transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and general
• Support month end and year end close processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in treasury operations, accounting, or related finance; fintech/factoring experience is a
• Strong cash management, funding processes, and reconciliation knowledge.
• Working knowledge of GAAP; experience with journal entries and month end close.
• Experience or interest in automating financial workflows with Product and Engineering.
• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills and accuracy.
