Senior Solutions Engineer - West

📋 Description

• Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and PoC implementation throughout the pre-sales
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to craft technical value propositions.
• Deliver high-impact demonstrations and proposals for C-level and technical stakeholders.
• Cultivate trust and credibility with customers, identifying technical champions.
• Liaise between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams to relay feedback.
• Lead cross-regional technical initiatives and enhance SE tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture (customer-facing).
• Experience in SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven excellence in leading and documenting PoCs and building deal champions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; history of thought leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field (or equivalent).
