📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end transformation workstreams with senior stakeholders across business integration
- Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models with internal/external teams.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and performance measures to guide decisions.
- Coordinate internal/external teams, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional programs in SaaS/payments environment.
- Experience in or with private equity-backed companies a plus.
- Core skills: project management, financial modeling, change management, stakeholder management
- Leadership: collaborative, able to engage senior and frontline teams alike.
