Sourcing Manager (Starship Launch Pad)

📋 Description

• Lead commodity and capital sourcing strategy aligned with SpaceX launch programs
• Develop supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality and delivery
• Drive cost reduction and procurement process improvements
• Manage purchasing transactions and master data for SpaceX programs
• Support aggressive supplier performance improvements and risk management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across launch and infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 3+ years in Engineering/Supply Chain/Purchasing, or 9+ years with related
• Experience in sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work on-site in Cape Canaveral
• Experience with RFIs/RFPs and cross-functional NPI projects
• ITAR compliance awareness and ethical standards
