📋 Description

• Role at heart of financial operations: ensure accuracy of transactions, redemptions, and fraud
• Own end-to-end invoice process: receive, verify, reconcile, resolve inconsistencies
• Process and validate player redemptions for timely, smooth experiences
• Reconcile system reports with balances; investigate discrepancies
• Monitor account activity for fraud, AML indicators, and anomalies
• Respond to billing queries; act as a reliable cross-department contact

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in payments, finance ops, or accounts payable
• Strong attention to detail; spot inconsistencies quickly
• Understanding of fraud indicators and AML red flags
• Decisive, independent on account-level resolutions
• Clear communicator; translate payment issues for non-finance teams
• Experience with financial/payments platforms and internal tooling
