Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Authentication Experience)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly technical and product goals for the team, guiding engineers through
• Design, develop, and launch scalable backend systems that support authentication, verification, and
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders throughout the product
• Evaluate technical constraints, risks, and trade-offs and help teams make informed decisions that
• Proactively identify and lead the resolution of project, process, technology, and business issues.
• Support the reliability and availability of team-owned systems by defining and monitoring metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale, using
• Demonstrated experience building and operating highly available distributed systems with
• Understanding of web and mobile architectures, including familiarity with frontend interaction
• Proven ability to create technical plans for significant features or system components, with a
• Strong software engineering skills, including the ability to write high-quality, readable code and
• Experience developing tools, processes, and engineering practices that enable reliable delivery and
