Staff Engineer, Platform & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own and scale the cloud infrastructure supporting the platform, including compute, networking
• Lead BYOC and private cloud deployments, including provisioning, upgrades, observability, and
• Build and evolve infrastructure-as-code and GitOps foundations for safe, efficient deployments.
• Establish reliability as a core product capability with meaningful SLOs, observability, and
• Lead the infra and operational strategy for Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, and other
• Own security and compliance initiatives (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, penetration testing, enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production with good judgment on its use vs alternatives.
• Proven experience with BYOC/private cloud/private environments.
• Advanced AWS expertise; familiarity with GCP and Azure a plus.
• Strong Terraform experience with reusable modules, secure state management, and multi-account
• Significant PostgreSQL expertise including performance, migrations under load, replication, and
