📋 Description
- Finance partner to Product and Customer Support leadership; own budgets and spend decisions.
- Own annual operating plan for both orgs; manage headcount, vendors, and reforecasts.
- Own monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis with forward-looking implications.
- Build portfolio view of product investment and related roadmapping funding.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar; owned a trusted model/forecast.
- Experience managing operating expense budgets or partnering with non-finance teams.
- Strong modeling skills for driver-based revenue and OPEX/headcount.
- Knowledge of software/subscription economics; SQL proficiency preferred.
