Job Description
📋 Description
- Track special events and visits
- Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors
- Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure thorough knowledge and effective implementation of all access control, escort, and tour
- Coordinate with Security leadership and SPOC for incidents or emergencies
- Assist emergency response personnel dispatched to a SpaceX site
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 5+ years in customer service or facility security
