🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management or similar role
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience shipping outcomes and ownership mindset
• Excellent communication; ability to influence without authority
• Customer empathy and evidence-based decision making
• Experience with MVPs, experiments, usability testing, A/B tests
