Resourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Own resource planning and allocation across the 4 teams in our Consulting Practice.
• Know the team: match consultant skills to project needs, monitor capacity and forecasts.
• Staffing decisions with Heads of Consulting and Directors through weekly check-ins.
• Identify gaps, risks, and address delivery risks with capability leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in resource management, workstream management, operations, or project
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and fluent/professional English.
• Strong people judgement and relationship-building for staffing decisions.
• Organised, proactive and people-oriented, balancing business priorities and growth.
