Sr. Power Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and activate infrastructure for SpaceX Construction Projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver large capital projects for internal customers.
• Based in Bastrop, TX with travel; potential future assignments at other SpaceX sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology
• 6+ years of design or build experience for commercial/industrial power systems
• Primary experience with electrical and power distribution systems (≤600Vac)
• Delta/wye transformers, switchgear, MCCs, building lighting, grounding knowledge
• Experience with UPS, backup generators, and ATS for critical power
• Ability to work in high-concentration environments and meet tight deadlines
