📋 Description

• Monitor search engines, websites, and online sources for unauthorized use of branded content and IP.
• Investigate suspected copyright/IP infringements with evidence for enforcement.
• Prepare DMCA notices, abuse complaints, takedown requests, and counter-notices.
• Communicate with domain registrars, hosting providers, and web-security services to resolve cases.
• Research tools and industry practices to improve brand protection efforts.
• Collaborate with SEO, Marketing, and Legal teams to protect branded search results.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Legal, Brand Protection, Copyright/IP, SEO, or
• Working knowledge of copyright/IP principles in digital environments.
• Strong online research and investigative skills to locate and assess information.
• Problem-solving abilities and practical approach to complex cases.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple investigations.
• Proactive, independent worker able to operate remotely.
