📋 Description

• Monitor search engines, websites and online sources for unauthorized brand use.
• Investigate copyrights/IP infringements and gather evidence for enforcement.
• Prepare DMCA notices, abuse complaints, takedown requests and counter-notices.
• Coordinate with registrars, hosting providers, and web-security services.
• Evaluate new tools and practices to improve brand protection.
• Collaborate with SEO, Marketing and Legal to protect branded search results.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in Legal, Brand Protection, Copyright/IP, SEO or related field.
• Knowledge of copyright/IP principles and digital environments.
• Strong online research and investigative skills.
• Problem-solving with a practical, results-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple investigations.
• Remote, proactive, self-motivated work style; strong Ukrainian language skills.
