- Develop manufacturing tech and robust solutions
- Resolve production floor issues with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate evaluation and application of engineering techniques
- Lead supplier-level project communications and timelines
- Design fixtures and implement new fixturing on line
- Plan and execute detailed engineering phases
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials or Industrial Eng or related
- Medical device/ manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with Electronic devices and PCBAs
- FDA regs, Lean/Flow Manufacturing knowledge desired
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Strong communication and leadership skills
