🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years in systems/process roles.
• Experience in matrixed environments and AI/building AI agents.
• Clinical trial systems knowledge (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTMS).
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT oversight.
• Ability to translate business needs into system specs.
