• Own P&L for all shops in the Area
• Regulatory, safety and licence compliance across area
• Deliver area targets and ROI from CAPEX spend
• Monitor KPIs and cost lines for profitability
• Build high-performing multi-site teams and succession plans

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in tough multi-site env (betting/retail/hospitality)
• Proven manager with high team engagement impact
• P&L ownership experience
• Strong action orientation from plans/data
• Motivational leader able to inspire others
• Ability to prioritise large workloads
