- Lead the underwriting effectiveness and profitability of the branch, aligning decisions with

- Coach and develop underwriting team through feedback, training, and career development.
- Identify high-potential employees and support progression while addressing performance matters.
- Maintain high-quality underwriting that meets guidelines, service goals, and regulatory
- Build relationships with agents, vendors, Sales, Product Management, and internal/external
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPCU or coursework preferred.
- At least 8 years in insurance/underwriting with 5+ years in leadership.
- Deep knowledge of underwriting operations, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
- Independent judgment on complex underwriting, personnel, and operational matters.
- Strong technical underwriting expertise with ability to guide and train team members.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop employees and build a high-performing team.
