📋 Description
- Evaluate scheduling, referral, and intake workflows across multiple teams to identify gaps and
- Analyze data to uncover compliance risks and performance issues in centralized access operations.
- Lead process improvements using structured methodologies (5-Why, fishbone, process mapping).
- Define governance, roles, and standards for access across clinics and departments.
- Design future-state processes to reduce wait times and improve patient and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional improvement sessions and training to adopt standardized access practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, quality management, industrial
- At least 5 years of experience in performance or quality/process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare access, scheduling systems, and ambulatory workflows.
- Working understanding of Epic Cadence, master scheduling, provider capacity, and slot utilization
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to present to leadership.
- Experience conducting quality audits and applying structured improvement methodologies.
