Senior Manager, ERP Applications

📋 Description

• Own and expert for Global Shop ERP across multiple manufacturing businesses.
• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations (planning, config, testing, training, go-live, support).
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and delivery activities.
• Configure/maintain ERP modules: manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production scheduling
• Troubleshoot complex issues, integration failures, and data inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain PSQL queries, reports, and data extracts for decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years in enterprise ERP, 5+ years with Global Shop ERP.
• Proven track record leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Global Shop, manufacturing ERP environments.
• Strong manufacturing operations understanding (production, inventory, purchasing, WMS).
• Expert in PSQL, reports, data extracts; troubleshooting ERP integrations.
