📋 Description

• Drive Complex Engagements: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level
• Scope & Milestone Management: Track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure
• Risk & Issue Governance: Identify, track, and mitigate risks; resolve issues before escalation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Single point of contact for executives, cross-functional teams, and partners.
• Quality & Performance: Ensure deliverables meet Rubrik standards and business objectives.
• PMO & Process Optimisation: Partner to define governance, procedures, and KPIs for the PMO.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct Project Management delivering enterprise technical projects
• Experience with Financial Services, Government, Healthcare
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex client engagements concurrently
• Autonomous work style with sound judgment under pressure
• Expert with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana and Google Workspace
• Fluent written/spoken French and English
