• Backend development in a high-performing project within the Banking industry.
• Mandatory 24/7 on-call rotation; standby outside standard hours for critical incidents.
• On-call rotation typically one full week every 3 to 4 months.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
• Advanced J2EE, Spring Boot and Apache Kafka expertise.
• Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, Functional Programming, Java 8+, JPA, Testing (TDD/BDD).
• Software design and architecture patterns.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum) experience; English at least B2.
