• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of General Manager
• Ensure customers feel welcome; supervise staff to be courteous and service-oriented
• Maintain food quality, portioning, image, and service per brand standards
• Assist with opening/closing, prep lists, and deliveries coordination
• Manage labor and costs; support sales, service, cleanliness, and sanitation goals
• Provide feedback to managers and participate in training to meet objectives
