- Own month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting
- Lead rollout of AI-native close management tool
- Drive PCAOB audit-readiness initiative
- Integrate M&A activity into close management & procure-to-pay
- Build and develop the accounting team
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in high-growth, complex envs
- 3+ years as a people leader
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- CPA or equivalent; strong US GAAP knowledge
- NetSuite experience; close, GL, procurement support
- Excellent communication; cross-functional influence
