- Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term
- Lead transformation agenda for one or more functions.
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and translate priorities into plans.
- Recommend design, priorities, resources, and approaches to the CTO.
- Define scope, milestones, responsibilities, and governance.
- Lead stakeholders and vendors to deliver against commitments.
🎯 Requirements
- 4–6 years in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or analytical roles.
- Track record owning workstreams within cross-functional programs; SaaS/payments a plus.
- Project management, financial modelling, change management, stakeholder management, problem solving.
